Entering an incorrect code will get the fail connection. * After tap or click “Get assistance” button, enter the correct PIN code to open up the remote PC. Once the remote connects successfully, your device is remote controled, but you can click a Pause or Stop option to pause or disconnect from the remote PC as well. The code is active within 10 minutes and then will be replaced with another one. You need to share this security code to your friend or family member who you are assisting through emailing the PIN or copy it to clipboard and paste into any chat app. When you choose “give assistance”, it lets you to log in with your Microsoft account, then provides with a six-digit security PIN code that will expires after 10 minutes.
